Delivery and Returns
Our standard delivery timescale is 3-5 working days for orders within the UK. Aztec Diamond Equestrian (UK) Limited will not be held responsible for any postal / courier delays, which would be out of our control. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be responsible to follow the returns procedure. On receiving delivery of your order, if it is in anyway damaged you must inform us within 48 hours by email to email@example.com, otherwise a claim cannot be accepted.
Next Day Delivery (UK)
Orders requiring next day delivery must be placed before 8pm the previous day and will need a signature upon delivery. Next day delivery does NOT include weekend delivery or anything ordered after 8pm on a Thursday.
Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays.
All international orders will be posted via a tracked / signed for service. Delivery timescales will vary, depending on the destination of the order. Aztec Diamond Equestrian will not be held responsible for any delays on delivery.
Please Note: There may be small variations between the value of your confirmed foreign currency order and the amount you are finally charged by your card provider. This is due to possible exchange rate fluctuations between two separate service providers.
Certain countries may encounter Customs charges, these are dictated by the particular country and as such we have no control over what they may be. Please speak to your country's tax office before placing an order if you wish to know if additional charges will occur.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, however, should you wish to return any item to us a full refund will be issued, minus postage costs.
The item must be returned to us within 28 days - unsoiled and in the condition that it was delivered to you, with all original tags still intact. Please allow up to 28 days for your account to be credited with a refund. Please note that refund value will match the price of garment at time of purchase. If you wish to exchange goods, the item must be returned to us within 28 days - unsoiled and in the condition that it was delivered to you, with all original tags still intact.
No refund or exchange will be applicable, under any circumstances, after 28 days of signing for the package. Any returned goods must include a covering letter with your contact details, stating the reason for return and if you require a refund or exchange. In the event of an exchange, please let us know exactly what you would like your exchange to be.
UK returns - customers are responsible for the cost of return postage and we advise parcels are sent back via a tracked service. Please make a note of your tracking reference, as you are responsible for tracing any returned parcel back to us.
International returns - Return postage is to be paid by the customer. We would strongly recommend returning your parcels via a tracking service, as it is your responsibility for returning your items back to us. We will only cover the cost of postage if an item is damaged or faulty. Please note all items are individually quality checked before they leave our warehouse. In the event of any faulty goods being returned to us, it is at our discretion to refund / replace the item.
Please ensure any products returned to us for a refund / exchange here un-worn, have no make-up marks or stains on and are sent back with all original packaging and tags attached. A £3 washing and repacking charge will be deducted from any refunds if any of these rules are not adhered to.
When purchasing leggings from Aztec Diamond, please ensure you have the correct size before removing the tag as we can not replace seams that have been split due to being over stretched.
Aztec Diamond Equestrian aim to produce all products to the highest standards but unfortunately, from time to time, in production of large quantities mistakes may occur. If you receive an item which you believe is faulty, you must email us a photo of the product, and, if requested, send the product back to us for inspection. Unfortunately, if the product has been purchased over 90 days, we are not able to refund / replace. Any faults over this time could be deemed as general wear and tear.
Please note gift vouchers and underwear (3D knitwear products and socks) are non refundable, and can not be exchanged.
We are unable to accept any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974). By placing your order you accept all of the above terms and conditions.
Aztec Diamond Equestrian (UK) Limited will have the final decision on any action taken with regard to this subject.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
