AD WANTS YOU!

After an incredible and successful first round of our product ambassador scheme we launched in February, we are back for round two. We had some amazing product testers, with some really helpful feedback! 


WHAT IS THE PRODUCT AMBASSADOR PROGRAMME?

• The product ambassador programme is a new scheme we launched for the first time earlier this year,  launched with the aim of getting feedback to improve the brand and products. It's all about honest feedback – from a range of real riders and customers – so we can continue to improve our products the way you want. As a brand we take customer feedback very seriously, it's incredibly important to us and is a large part of all product development.  


• For the second round of the programme, we will choose 50 people to take part in the scheme to test and trial our performance breeches. Each chosen applicant will be sent product from Aztec Diamond, free of charge in the colour and size of your choice, in return for feedback and reviews. If you aren't chosen this time don't worry – this programme will continue and there will be other opportunities to test products.  

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Any rider can apply! We want to hear from everyone. Show jumpers, eventers, dressage riders, happy hackers, mothers – mothers on behalf of children! Current customers, new customers, old customers!  


• The programme is open world wide  


• Any age can apply  

HOW DO I APPLY?

• We are taking applications from the 22nd April - 9am 29th April. You can apply by using the form at the bottom of this page.  


• If for any reason you can't complete the form, please email info@aztecdiamondequestrian.com with the required information.

HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

 Applicants will apply on this page between the  22nd April - 9am 29th April. 


• Aztec Diamond will go through the applicants after this date.  


• 50 people will be chosen 


• You will only be contacted if you have been chosen by recruitment@aztecdiamondequestrian.com  


• You will then be sent an email to confirm you have been chosen for the programme. This email will contain all the terms & conditions with a programme contract to sign and send back. 


• Once the contract has been signed, your product will be sent directly to you.  

WHAT WILL I HAVE TO DO?

• Wearer must try and wear the product to be able to give feedback 


• Wearer must post review on social media feed and story, this can be an image of the product unworn, an image of you riding, a video of just the product. Anything you feel comfortable with! The Aztec Diamond account must be tagged in all posts and stories . The hashtag #aztecPA must be added to all posts  


• Wearer must write a public review on trust pilot, reviews.io & our website via a link sent by email. Review must include all the things you like about the product. 


• Most importantly – wearer must send us honest feedback via email 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  •  Your social media accounts must be public. 
  •  If all of the terms aren't met, the wearer will be charged for the value of the product and shipping costs.  
  •  If a product arrived and is deemed faulty by the wearer, Aztec Diamond will replace the faulty item so the collaboration can go ahead
