Information we receive from other sources

We use Facebook Pixel and Google Adwords Conversion Tracking tools to track conversions to our Site from our ads displayed on Facebook or alongside a Google search and any other participating ad networks. We use this information to direct our adverts to you and to ensure that our adverts are personalised to your interests, such as our products you have recently searched for. We also use these tools to measure the results of our ads.

Disclosure of your information to third parties

Our Site is hosted on Shopify Inc (“Shopify”). They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. We may share your personal information with:

  • Delivery Partners (DHL, DPD, Royal Mail) for parcel delivery.

We may share your personal information with our business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors to enable us to carry out any contract we enter into with you.

The data that we collect from you will be transferred to, and stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application at a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). In addition, your data may be transferred outside the EEA to Klayvio and Zendesk.

Where personal data is transferred to and stored in a country not determined by the European Commission as providing adequate levels of protection for personal data, we take steps to provide appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data.
