How did you first get into riding?

I first got into riding because my older sister rode horses - she is 6 years older than me, it was just one of those things i wanted to do what my big sister was doing, so I started getting into lessons when i was about 4 or 5 years old.

How did you become an influencer?

I became an influencer first through my fashion lifestyle platform, My Equestrian Style. My husband and I had been wedding photographers when we lived in Los Angeles, then when we moved to Florida I had been used to taking pictures of fashion bloggers and wedding clients and really liked that part and thought it would be really cool to do something with fashion and photography. When we moved to Florida I was riding full time and in riding clothes everyday, I remember thinking "You know what, I should just have my husband take some pictures of me 'cause I'm in riding clothes anyway". It just kind of turned to that from there.

Whats your favourite AD outfit?

That is hard! I wear AD stuff literally all the time, What I love about AD is that they have something for every occasion - no matter what you are doing. I’m really into fitness, I love being at home, I love riding, it covers all bases. I love the half zip hoodie - it’s perfect for the gym or when I’m running errands or even riding it’s good as a layering piece.

I also really like the 3D knit underwear, I'm wearing both of those right now, they are super comfortable, you don’t see panty lines, with the underwear so I really like that.

I love the riding leggings - I used to be totally against riding leggings - I wanted the classic  breeches no matter what, but then I loved the versatility of the riding leggings, because they are perfect for working out in and then you don’t have to change to head to the barn, they're versatile, super flattering and really, really comfortable.

Whats your favourite AD product?

The riding leggings. I have a pair of black AD riding leggings and I wear them every other day. I love that they have side pockets, love that they are high waisted, super flattering and really versatile, no matter what i’m doing, they really work for me

What Equestrian products you couldn't live without?

A pair of riding pants or riding leggings that really fit you well is hard to come by as we all come in different shapes and sizes. Good layering tops too, I love a good quarter zip with long sleeves but finding a good crew or V neck tops that you can layer on top of each other, especially if you are riding all day.

What is your biggest achievement so far?

The Equestrian Podcast - I feel it has been my little baby I love fashion, photography and I love the community i have built with My Equestrian Style but then being able to go a step further and having some discussions with top athletes and trainers and other professionals in the industry to talk about areas in the industry that are not normally talked about, we are celebrating a 100,000 listens since we started the podcast in January 2019, so i feel that, that is a proud Mom moment, I don’t have any children of my own so my little business venture and my dog are my babies.

What do you always have in your grooming bag?

I always have a towel, no matter what and I always have peppermints to let them know that they are being good boys.

How would you Describe your Style?

Neutral, Minimal - I would like to think Chic. I try to put pieces together so that no matter what time I look back on a picture on an outfit, the style is still timeless.

Finally, what is your favourite part of being a riding instructor?

Seeing the lightbulb go off in my students when I can finally verbalise something that I want them to work on and you see it go off - you see it click - then you see them go do it then everything starts working out and they understand a new concept.
